For The Thomley Hall Centre Ltd (Thomley)

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of day tickets for activities provided by Thomley ("the Centre", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing a ticket or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Thomley provides accessible recreational, educational, and support-based activities for disabled individuals, families, carers, and support workers.

All activities are subject to availability, staffing, safety requirements, and operational capacity.

2. Ticket Purchases

All tickets purchased through our website are:

  • Subject to availability.

  • Valid only for the selected date.

  • Non-transferable unless approved by us in writing under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Operations Manager.

  • Non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Policy

All day tickets purchased for Thomley are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customer cancellations.

  • Non-attendance.

  • Late arrivals.

  • Illness.

  • Personal circumstances.

  • Travel disruption.

  • Weather conditions where the Centre remains operational.

  • Accidental duplicate bookings.

Once a booking has been confirmed:

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date, session, or activity.

  • Tickets cannot be transferred to another person.

  • No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued except where required under applicable consumer law.

Please ensure all booking details are correct before making payment.

4. Thomley Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel activities.

  • Change schedules.

  • Limit attendance.

  • Close facilities temporarily.

These actions may be necessary for reasons including:

  • Safety.

  • Staffing.

  • Maintenance.

  • Weather.

  • Safeguarding.

  • Operational requirements.

Where Thomley cancels an activity or booking, we may offer:

  • An alternative date.

  • Credit.

  • A refund at our discretion.

5. Visitor Safety

Parents, carers, and visitors must:

  • Follow staff instructions.

  • Comply with safety rules.

  • Behave respectfully towards others.

  • Ensure visitors are accompanied by a parent or carer at all times.

If breakages or damage to the site occur through a lack of appropriate supervision, Thomley reserves the right to recover all or part of the costs associated with repair or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any individual whose behaviour may put the safety or wellbeing of others at risk.

6. Accessibility Support

We aim to provide an inclusive environment. Visitors are encouraged to notify us in advance of any:

  • Accessibility requirements.

  • Mobility assistance needs.

  • Medical considerations.

Please note that parent or carer supervision is always required on site.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate individual needs, some activities may have practical or safety-related limitations.

7. Health and Medical Information

Parents, guardians, carers, or participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding:

  • Medical conditions.

  • Allergies.

  • Emergency contact details.

  • Support requirements.

Failure to provide necessary information may affect participation in activities.

8. Photography and Media

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional, operational, or safeguarding purposes.

Where required by law, consent will be requested before identifiable images are used publicly.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Centre shall not be liable for:

  • Personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Indirect or consequential losses.

  • Cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
